The breakfast was good, especially the eggs and cheese. The service was welcoming, making the hotel a well-appointed place.- Had the opportunity to use wake-up calls at no cost.- The location was good and perfect for walking around a seasonal museum.

the room was reasonably sized and recently refurbished, i loved it. the location was good and ideal - just 5 minutes' walk from vichy opera house. a river and lakes were walk from the hotel.

Location next to Vichy en route to Provence, the opera and the downtown area which has many shops, restaurants and sites. Also, in a local cafe...

The room here is a good size and has everything you need - air conditioning, a bathtub, and a big TV - all for $100. It's nice to have those luxuries at a fair price! Plus, there's a great French restaurant nearby where you can enjoy a tasty meal 🍴.

Everything was good, excellent location really close to the shopping area and the restaurant area as well as good restaurants, welcoming staff. Actually, the room was updated and big with kitchenette. I had a great stay

Restaurant is seasonal & did not reopen after winter until week before Easter.

Exceptionally clean hotel with outstanding service. Central location, just a short walk from Vichy Opera House.- Great views from the outside of the hotel.

Shower was over the bath and there was no showerscreen so unfortunately the bathroom floor was flooded when you took a shower. Breakfast was not good value for money yoghurts jams and butter were cheap brands and not very appetising

It was convenient location and had car parking space at a reasonable price. Helpful English speaking reception and good value breakfast. Lift to upper floors.

A delightful old hotel set in the heart of the old part of Vichy, with private parking, Hotel Grignan impressed immediately by the friendliness of the reception staff and their willingness to please. The room was comfortable, quiet and very clean and appeared to have been redecorated, though some older features and decor had been retained. There did not appear to be a bar and there is no restaurant, so there was no bustling feel to it; however these facilities are available in the city itself. If you would like something with character that is different from the big chain hotels, and perfectly located, then this is the place.

Like all hotels in France, the breakfast was expensive and not very appealing by British or American standards - you would do better getting a coffee and croissant in the city. The bathroom was very clean and newly decorated, but the decor looked a bit dated. Some might find it too quiet (I did not).

Make sure you stay in the premium queen room with the view of the exterior. The breakfast is satisfactory - I tried eggs and cheese. Dedicated and attentive staff as one would expect.

The location was great, with parks just a short stroll away from the hotel. The staff was pleasant and exceptionally nice on arrival and throughout the stay.- Our premium queen room was huge, newly decorated, and had an exterior view.

The staff was incredibly helpful and charming! Regarding business easy to connect on wireless code given by the hotel. A step away from Palais des Congres and shopping places. Located in charming old Town. An unforgettable experience!
